My parents had the Broadway soundtrack album of The Sound of Music (and lots of other musicals), so my sister and I knew all the songs before the movie came out.
I think our holiday musical might be Fiddler on the Roof. We might watch that when our older child and their wife are here.

So happy to see a puzzle with no missing pieces! Of course, a puzzle with any missing pieces would drive me crazy (short trip) with my (minor) OCD! Some of my favorite things are the little things that makes me happy: our three rescued furbabies, a Cajun hubby who cooks the meals, and contact from my family and friends! Although Christopher Plummer maintained a hatred for that film for nearly 50 years, IMO it was perfect casting. One of those movies I have seen umpteen times. My favorite holiday movie is "White Christmas" with Bing Crosby, Rosemary Clooney, Danny Kaye, Vera-Ellen, and a super supporting cast. I drag it out every year and it never gets old. My favorite "things" include my cat, friends, coffee in the morning, walking anywhere, being able to get out of bed every morning to start a new day...
