My 2-year-old $3 orchid is getting ready to put on a show!

Last week we had a couple of days in the 70s, which has made me excited for spring.

While running around with my mother,

I couldn’t pass up this hyacinth. After a bit of water, overnight, it teased me with a burst of color the following day.

Great Walmart find!

A few might remember this over-achieving orchid that exploded with blooms in May of last year.

This was an orchid I gave to my mother several years ago for Mother’s Day.

My father thought it was dead and planned to throw it away during their downsize.

I’m happy I rescued it because it’s on target to put on another show this year.
